Xbox One users have reportedly spotted Marina, a character from Splatoon 2, on their dashboard.
Twitter user @DumbDeadDoodles was one of the first to spot this, alongside many other Xbox One owners. If you look at the right side of the screen..
…you’ll notice that’s the top of Marina’s head.
The banner was soon removed after people started posting about it, and there are claims that Marina’s appearance on the dashboard is based on the following render:
Could Marina be part of some sort of collaboration between Microsoft and Nintendo? Not a far stretch given what has happened in the last few months. Now we just have to wait and see.
