Nintendo has announced a new physical edition for Splatoon 3 in Japan.
This updated physical release will include the DLC Expansion Pass on the cart, allowing players to access Inkopolis Square and the Side Order DLC without requiring a digital download. It will also give buyers a 3-month subscription to the Switch Online service for multiplayer.
At the time of this writing, it is not known if this release will eventually make its way to other countries. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
