Today we have received a new report on Super Smash Bros. series boss Master Hand, which is set to reappear again in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
There’s something very huge about Master Hand’s appearance in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and some of you might find this very interesting.
The spoilers come after the following screenshot from Super Smash Bros. for Wii U:
It appears that for the very first time in Super Smash Bros. history, Master Hand will finally be playable in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Based on the images and videos we have seen so far, Master Hand is playable in a battle before the final boss during the World of Light adventure mode. You have to play as Master Hand to defeat 50 evil fighter clones.
When you play as Master Hand, you will start with 700HP. The attacks that Master Hand has are all at your disposal. Here’s a look at Master Hand in action:
And some high resolution screenshots:
This is really a dream come true for longtime fans of the Super Smash Bros. series. Although there wasn’t officially any way to play as Master Hand, it was possible to fight as him through a series of glitches in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
If you’re wondering whether Master Hand will be playable outside that one single battle, unfortunately there isn’t any evidence of that going to happen, but we will keep a lookout for more information.
