Konami President Shobo Hayagawa revealed in a Japanese interview that Super Bomberman R is about to hit 1 million copies sold worldwide.
The figure currently only consists of the Nintendo Switch version, which launched on March 3, 2017 alongside the system. Hayagawa believes the high sales can be attributed to the fact Super Bomberman R is an all new title.
