Here’s something that some of you may be very particular of. The Super Famicom Classic Mini, which launched in Japan yesterday, comes with an instruction manual just like the original Super Famicom 27 years ago.
There’s however a major difference – the original’s front cover was colored in red, blue, green, and yellow, while the Classic Mini is in black and white. Thus, some collectors may be upset by the not-so-faithful reproduction of the instruction manual. Some even speculate this could be a cost-saving measure by Nintendo.
