As you may already know, Nintendo is offering double Gold Points for My Nintendo members who pre-purchase Super Mario Party in North America and Europe.
It appears that the same promotion is in effect in Japan – all players who pre-purchase the game before October 5, 2018 will receive double the regular amount of Gold Points awarded for digital purchases.
You can take advantage of this promotion by purchasing the Super Mario Party digital code from Amazon Japan (you need to set to a Japanese address to proceed with the transaction, any address on Google will do), and redeem it on your Japanese region Nintendo Account by October 4, 2018 Japan Time.
