Earlier last year, Obsidian Entertainment revealed The Outer Worlds – a new first-person adventure game where players explore a corrupted, capitalistic universe. Originally, the game was only launching for PS4, Xbox One, and PC…but it looks like Nintendo fans will get to take it on the go in the future, as well!
The studio recently revealed that a Switch port of the game is now in the works! The port will receive assistance from Virtuos (whom previously handled the Switch versions of Dark Souls) – and will release sometime after the game’s initial PS4, Xbox One, and PC launch on 25 October 2019.
Check out the announcement trailer below for more details.
Welcome to the future, try not to break it. The Outer Worlds, the upcoming single-player sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division, is coming to Nintendo Switch!
