Yacht Club Plans To Keep Making Shovel Knight Games “Forever And Ever”

Yacht Club Games may have wrapped up production on the original Shovel Knight with King of Cards and Shovel Knight Showdown, but it seems they are not quite done with the series yet.

In a recent Nintendo Power podcast, Yacht Club’s Sean Velasco and Sandy Gordon voiced their intent to keep making Shovel Knight games “for a really long time”, extending even beyond Shovel Knight Dig.

Gordon: “We hope for many adventures in the future with Shovel Knight, y’know. We’ll be able to continue making Shovel Knight games for a really long time, and Dig is most likely going to be the next one that comes out.”

Velasco: “We’re gonna keep on making Shovel Knight stuff forever and ever and ever,”
