One of Game Freak’s strangest side-projects is apparently on its way to Nintendo fans!
The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee has rated Giga Wrecker Alt. for the Switch. The title looks to be a remaster or updated port of the original Giga Wrecker (2017) – which only launched on PC.
Aside from that, we don’t have much more information about the 2D action game or its release date. The Taiwan ratings page does contain a new piece of never-before-seen artwork, however.
While we await further news, check out the game’s 2017 launch trailer below.
GIGA WRECKER is a 2D action adventure game where you play as Reika, a girl who has the ability to manipulate debris and explore a world invaded by an army of evil robots. Experience and enjoy unique action, attractive characters and dramatic story.
