My Nintendo Store has announced the results of the fourth Nintendo Switch 2 lottery in Japan, and it seems that not many people managed to secure a console this time round compared to past lotteries.
According to results from 20,361 respondents on Twitter, 7.06% of those who applied for the Nintendo Switch 2 standalone console (Japanese-Only System) managed to secure it, while 10.4% and 25.8% managed to secure a Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World set (Japanese-Only System) and Nintendo Switch 2 Multi-Language System respectively.
These are the lowest success rates ever so far, so it seems that getting a Switch 2 from My Nintendo Store in Japan has become tougher after launch.
In addition, My Nintendo Store will announce details for their fifth sale scheduled to take place in early July 2025. More information will be announced in the near future.
