In the official artwork for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red/Blue Rescue Team, we can see Pikachu has a larger stomach and bigger legs. But in the official art for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, Pikachu has slimmed down, with thinner legs and a smaller stomach:
This shouldn’t surprise long time Pikachu fans, as Pikachu has become thinner over the last few decades.
