The Pokemon Company has announced they will be ending support for Pokemon Bank.
Starting February 26th/27th 2027, Pokemon Bank services will be deactivated, and players will no longer be able to use it to store or transfer Pokemon from their 3DS games to Pokemon HOME.

The app was delisted when the 3DS eshop was closed back in 2023, but players who had it downloaded to their console could still use it to transfer their Pokemon up to the Pokemon HOME. Players are advised to transfer any Pokemon they still want to keep from their older games before support for Pokemon Bank ends, closing off that path forever.
