The Pokemon Company has announced a special edition for Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen’s Switch release in Japan.
The special edition will include a download card for the game, replica packaging emulating the original GBA release, a special box, as well as a set of glass balls representing the three Kanto Starter Pokemon. It release on February 28th 2026, and will be available to order exclusively on the Pokemon Center Japan Online Store.
