Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Sells 10 Million Copies Worldwide, Highest Launch Sales Of Any Nintendo Game Ever

Nintendo has shared the first global sales figures for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet, revealing just how well the game is doing worldwide.

According to Nintendo’s press release, Pokemon Scarlet And Violet have sold a staggering 10 million copies worldwide. After just three days on the market, this is the highest launch sales for any Nintendo game to date on any platform according to the company. This figure includes both physical and digital sales units.

This news comes after numerous reports from players and reviewers that the games are riddled with bugs, glitches, and performance issues. It seems however that these reports were not enough to deter the majority of Pokemon’s gigantic fanbase. Only time will tell whether it will be able to keep up this momentum in the months to come.
