Rumor: Pokemon Legends Z-A Autosave Feature Cannot Be Turned Off
A controversial change has reportedly been leaked for Pokemon Legends Z-A.
Sources who got their hands on the game early are reporting that the game’s autosave feature cannot be turned off. Autosaving has been present in the games since Pokemon Sword And Shield with the option to disable them, but this option is no longer present in Pokemon Legends Z-A’s settings menu.
While many other modern games have mandatory auto-saves, some Pokemon fans have voiced displeasure with this change. Since Pokemon games only have one save file, players are concerned that the auto-save feature may accidentally overwrite their manual save, potentially making it more difficult to reset their game for different starter Pokemon, more optimal natures, and for Shiny hunting purposes. This also arguably makes players more vulnerable to soft-locks and glitches, as the auto-save might unintentionally leave them stuck with no other backup saves if they run into such problems.
