Today, Nicalis has confirmed in a tweet that an update for Cave Story+ on the Nintendo Switch will arrive next week, 15 September, with local co-op being a major feature of the update.
Nicalis has wrapped up work on Cave Story+’s 2 player co-op mode, which will be added to the game as a free update in the near future.
