Since 2018, strong rumors of a Metroid Prime Trilogy re-release on Switch emerged amid the excitement surrounding Metroid Prime 4‘s development. While Nintendo has been very silent on such gossip until now, many Switch owners are still convinced that they’ll get to experience the timeless collection one day. Well, one of the gaming industry’s voices has stepped up to assure fans that they’re not waiting in vain.
Previously, we reported about a supposed leak from one of Best Buy’s CoreBkue employee terminals. Namely, that Persona 5, Metroid Prime Trilogy, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past were all listed for Nintendo Switch.
Yesterday morning, ResetERA leaker King Zell, who has a great track record with leaks, hinted that a Nintendo Direct is arriving on February 13, 2019.
Swedish retailer Inet has put up a pre-order listing for Metroid Prime Trilogy.
