Tyffon, a company that produces virtual reality experiences and smartphone apps, has announced their involvement with Pokemon Center Shibuya.
According to the company’s press release, Tyffon helped to produce the lifesize 2m tall Mewtwo “resting” at the entrance of Pokemon Center Shibuya. In order to make the animatronic Mewtwo feel like it was a living being, Tyffon directed its movements, the LED lights behind it, and sounds of Mewtwo “breathing”.
We also learned that Pokemon Center Shibuya occupies a floor space of 440 square meters at Shibuya PARCO.
