It seems Amazon Japan may have spoiled one of Nintendo’s big reveals for its 2019 E3 Direct.
According to sources, Amazon Japan published a new listing for the upcoming The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake on Switch, showing its release date as September 20 2019. Since then, the listing has been deleted from its website, strongly suggesting that they may have jumped the gun on revealing the game’s release date. That said, it is also possible that the release date was flat out wrong and Amazon took the listing down to correct it.
Was it an early leak or a mistake on their part? Whatever the case, we will probably find out when Nintendo’s E3 presentation starts a few hours from now.
