A day after Nintendo Switch Online: Nintendo Entertainment System released, hackers and homebrew users have figured out a way to add their own NES games to the Nintendo Switch Online NES app.
This was achieved easily and quickly due to the fact that the Nintendo Switch Online NES app is a port of the NES Classic Edition OS.
The application currently provides users access to 20 NES games, and 3 new titles are planned to be added every month through 2018.
It remains yet to be seen whether Nintendo will take action against the hackers. We’ll have to wait and see.
