Inti Creates has released another wave of concept art from Dragon Marked for Death – which highlights one of its more technical characters.
This time, we get a closer look at the ‘Shinobi’ – with rough sketches of his prickly design. Check them out in the Twitter link below, along with a rough translation of his backstory.
He is a young shinobi who bears the power of the Astral Dragon in his legs. He trained zealously alongside his best friend in ninjutsu, until his friend one day ran away to the kingdom of Marlayus. He hunted him down, and upon his return, found his village destroyed.
Dragon Marked for Death will be launching digitally on 31 January 2019. The game will also get a physical retail release in North America on 26 February 2019.
In the meantime, you can also check out previous concept art for the Empress (here) and the Warrior (here).
UPDATE (24/1/19): The physical release of date of 26 February 2019 appears to have been a placeholder. Inti Creates has officially announced that the physical edition of the game is launching on 26 March 2019, instead.
