Last week, Konami reported that Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban! had crossed an impressive 750,000 copies – setting a new sales record for the series. Well, it looks like the game isn’t quite done shattering milestones, just yet!
Konami recently shared that the game’s total shipments and digital sales have now surpassed a total of one million copies, ever since launching in Japan on 19 November 2020! Once again, this marks a new high for the franchise overall.
In response to this achievement, the company tweeted out a message thanking fans, as seen below:
Presently, there are no plans to localize Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban! for the west. We’ll report back if that changes in the future.
