A free demo for Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch Ver. is now live on the Japanese Nintendo Switch eShop.
The demo requires 1.7GB of free space on the system memory or microSD, and it’s only playable in Japanese.
As the Nintendo Switch is region free, players from North America, Europe, and other parts of the world can download the demo by creating a Japanese Nintendo Account. Click here to learn how to do so.
To download the demo on the Japanese Nintendo eShop on your Switch, simply go to the もうすぐ発売 section, select Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch Ver., and select 体験版ダウンロード. For more instructions and other available demos, check out our Switch demo list page.
Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch Ver. launches in Japan on August 25, 2017. Capcom has no plans to localize the game yet, however if you understand Japanese, you can grab a copy here (ships worldwide).
