Rumor: Cinema Chain Spoils Unannounced Super Mario Galaxy Movie Character

Ahead of its premier in April, an unannounced character has reportedly been spoiled for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.

This spoiler was discovered in the description of the film on the London-based cinema chain Everyman Cinema’s website. The line in question has since been edited out, leaving it unclear whether it was a mistake or a genuine spoiler. Nevertheless, we will hide it below the spoiler warning below for fans who are worried about being spoiled.

Prior to being edited, the description on Everyman Cinema had a line reading as follows:

 “Mario faces Wario and Bowser Jr.’s evil alliance.”

At the time of this writing, this line is the first time Wario’s name has been mentioned in relation to the film, and he is not present on any merchandise revealed for it so far. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
